Risotto

I’m not sure if I’ve said this already…. but we’ve been cooking our own bread at home! It’s a learning process, the first one had chorizo inside but it was too dry, yesterday we did wholemeal bread. the texture was too cake like, but next time it will get better.

As part of this learning curve, I guess I’m enjoying cooking a bit more. and being such a fan of italian food, I seriously have to try this 🙂
