Now that the weather is getting better, we’ve decided to go for a walk again (we did the same last weekend). Roughly 1h.30 walking. Baby steps I would say. Can hardly wait to be fit enough to spend the whole day walking like I used to. Today we followed the Thames river on the opposite direction, not Richmond but to Chiswick:
Definitely need to walk a lot more. It’s something I really enjoy, while if we talk about running… that’s a completely different matter. By the way, saw this 10.000 step challenge, where you need to make sure you walk roughly 10k steps a day. It’s simple to do if we change a little bit our lazy routines (yes I speak for myself).
